Precision or PoJ in 2.3 49/12

I am so confused on what I want to spec.

Edit: After some looking I will probably go the 47/14 route, I am not sure 3% spell miss will be good, but if that means that 3% of all spells will not affect me then I am all for it.

If your not having troubles with threat, I'd choose PoJ.

If you are, PoJ is probably not worth it over Precision.
