Precision? Really there?

So I was looking at my character screen last night and checking on my expertise rating, stamina, etc. and I noticed something.

Expertise is reflected on the character screen but Precision is not.
Both my Melee and Spell ratings were below 3%.

What's up with that?
Shouldn't the talents points be reflected there?

PS: Not sure is this is the way it's always been because I never bothered to look before.

The character sheet never took precision into account, it just calculates and shows your chance to hit from ratings

%Hit gained through talents or racials has never appeared on the character paperdoll. I'm not sure why. It would be fairly easy to see if Precision is working for you though.
