Do Judgements of Light and Wisdom stack?

Generally speaking:

If more than one debuff is up, the strongest one wins.

With that in mind: As far as proc strength usually goes Ret > Prot > Holy in the same caliber gear.

With the soon to be change to Wisdom so that its flat, JoL should be judged by Ret or by you in the case of no Ret. (*unless you are the only paladin and believe wisdom is more important)

One of the other paladins from my guild has reported getting two procs on a single swing.

Is it possible that JoL's are just working independently of one another?

Looks like they are stacking. Noticed several lines like this from my last WWS parse.

36'32.454 Ûlfang gains 147 Mana from Cruce Judgement of Wisdom.
36'32.454 Ûlfang gains 147 Mana from Wulfhere Judgement of Wisdom

Similar behaviour for JoL. I assume this is not intended, but a bug caused by assigning ownership for judgement procs now.

Well, I looked over our BT logs last night and saw some interesting stuff. We ran with one Prot (Maat), one Holy(Lohpally), one Ret(Kraknorg).

On Reliquary of Souls both myself and the Holy paladin judged Wisdom:

03:16'39.094 Synxx gains 164 Mana from Maat Judgement of Wisdom.
03:16'39.094 Synxx gains 164 Mana from Lohpally Judgement of Wisdom.
03:16'39.094 Shérra gains 165 Mana from Maat Judgement of Wisdom.
03:16'39.094 Shérra gains 165 Mana from Lohpally Judgement of Wisdom.

etc.

Now, on Essence of Desire (look at the numbers), I opened with a Judgement of Light:

03:17'59.484 Maat Judgement of Corruption hits Essence of Desire for 616 Holy.
03:18'00.297 Maat gains 535 health from Maat Judgement of Light.
03:18'01.062 Jayken gains 534 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (534 Resisted)
03:18'02.312 Fries gains 534 health from Maat Judgement of Light.
03:18'02.719 Grillsmash gains 535 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (90 Resisted)

Then the Ret paladin judged Light:
03:18'09.187 Essence of Desire's Judgement of Light is refreshed.
03:18'09.187 Essence of Desire is afflicted by Judgement of Light.
03:18'09.187 Kraknorg Judgement of Command hits Essence of Desire for 3773 Holy. (Critical)
03:18'09.547 Ayjax gains 719 health from Maat Judgement of Light.
03:18'09.547 Ayjax gains 720 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (667 Resisted)
03:18'09.562 Kraknorg gains 719 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light. (719 Resisted)
03:18'09.562 Ayjax gains 720 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light. (720 Resisted)
03:18'09.562 Ayjax gains 719 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (719 Resisted)
03:18'09.562 Stabbyrock gains 720 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light. (668 Resisted)

Then I refreshed my judgement:
03:18'11.984 Essence of Desire's Judgement of Light is refreshed.
03:18'11.984 Essence of Desire's Judgement of Light is refreshed.
03:18'11.984 Maat Judgement of Corruption hits Essence of Desire for 994 Holy.
03:18'12.453 Jayken gains 620 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (208 Resisted)

03:18'12.469 Grillsmash gains 620 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light.
03:18'12.469 Grillsmash gains 620 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (472 Resisted)
03:18'12.812 Ayjax gains 620 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light.
03:18'12.812 Ayjax gains 620 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light.

And then the Ret paladin rejudged Light:

03:18'18.406 Essence of Desire's Judgement of Light is refreshed.
03:18'18.406 Essence of Desire is afflicted by Judgement of Light.
03:18'18.406 Kraknorg Judgement of Command hits Essence of Desire for 2937 Holy. (Critical) (289 Resisted)
03:18'18.953 Kraknorg gains 719 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light. (588 Resisted)
03:18'18.953 Kraknorg gains 720 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (720 Resisted)
03:18'18.953 Kraknorg gains 719 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light. (719 Resisted)
03:18'18.953 Jayken gains 719 health from Kraknorg Judgement of Light.
03:18'18.953 Jayken gains 719 health from Maat Judgement of Light. (574 Resisted)
03:18'18.953 Ayjax gains 720 health from Maat Judgement of Light.

Keep in mind the last is on Essence of Desire, hence the big JoL procs. Also deleted pets from the log snips.

So in summary:
1) Multiple Judgements of the same type can be present on the same mob and proc independently. Talents do not appear to affect this (neither the Holy nor I have Judgement buffs).

2) JoL in particular refreshes ALL current JoL proc heal amounts to the amount of whoever judged Light last.

3) Avenging Wrath does not affect JoL. I popped wings at 3:20:38ish and only myself received boosted JoL healing (from both judgements).

Guess it's a good thing to let the ret paladin judge light if there's a protadin around, no matter what the silly threat :p

This is getting discussed on my guild forums also.

A DPS made the point: If they stack why doesn't everyone cast wisdom? Its not like they've managed without the healing before but the prospect of triple JoW procs make DPS froth in the mouth

Judgement of Light benefits much from AP or High AP of the caster of the spell effect. Which means Rets will usually have the more potent JoL effect on a target in say a raid group. Seal of Light benefit the same as well with AP but it benefit the caster only.

So seem JoW effect stacks currently and JoL gets overwritten. Was this the case before in BC? If so no reason to think the effect isn't intended if it did with the changes vs being called a bug. But the question though is it intended and can the effect be too good vs healers healing.

One thing wondering is in a large raid group with the recent change to JoL where now Casters benefit from the effect as do Melee that's allot of healing happening. With JoL seeming to be creating lots of threat could this become a problem with Protec and Rets in raid where a Ret as DPS could be generating lots of healing threat if that person is just judging JoL vs the OT?

It already is a problem.
