My idea for reckoning goes also with the extra attacks and holy damage.
Something like this:
Each attack has a 2-10% chance to activate Reckoning. While Reck is active your next 4 melee attacks generates an extra attack dealing 1x weapon dps (note: HotR is 4x weap dps) +10% Ap +20% Sp as Holy Damage to one enemy near you.
Also each attack of Reckoning stack a debuff (up to 4) that deals 5% (up to 20%) of the total damage done (by the reck attacks) over 20 secs. Each reckoning attack refresh the effect.
I took the idea of it proccing with the attacks rather than blocks/parry/dodge so it could be useful for OTs too.
Also I added the DoT effect to make it different of a Mini SoR.
And added that it could attack any enemy near you, not just your current target.
For it's damage x swing, let take a dps of 425, 2500 Ap and 550 Sp.
Damage = 425 + 250 + 110 = 785 holy damage x swing.
The damage done it not much higher than a normal melee attack, and the damage added by the DoT, considering that the 4 charges were applied together(expeculation), would be aprox: 628 (4 charges)
I really like the idea of extra attacks, and I think it's a fun talent, and this is my idea to just improve it
Edit: maybe a little tweaking, changing the damage done by the extra swing to normal damage, and leave the DoT as holy. Reason: That would add too much threat IMO, and we don't want our damage nerfed because we do much threat, do we?
