proto drake?

i've been hearing about this mount being related to the hallows end achievements. is it true that if you get 'hallowed be thy name' title you get the drake or is it one of several that you need? also, is it true that the 'get all 20 masks' achievement is no longer going to be required? hope so cuz it seems nigh impossible to do if you sleep/work/have school. anybody got a screen shot?
