The DNS error led me to run a whois search earlier. It looks like the domain name registration had expired. Pesky little renewal requirements!!

yea its back, i was scared for awhile there.

Yeah, I set it up to renew the DNS on the 31st of december, but it didn't go because my bank has a new online verification thing that somehow failed... So I had to redo it yesterday with a different credit card...

BTW, the site was still here, if you happened to know the IP of the sever. it was just the domain name that expired.
