Level 80 Epics

I'd like some of the community's input on what non-raid epics I should shoot for first. I already have the Titansteel Shield Wall but now that I'm getting badges I'd like to consolidate my gear goals. Are Tempered Titansteel Helm And Tempered Titansteel Treads worth the mats (and defense enchants) or will they be replaced quickly?

Should I go for the cloak quickly, or save up for the belt or t7?
