Dark Moon Card Greatness

I was looking into this and was seeing it is a really nice trinket for alot of classes/specs. So i was wondering if any of you get a chance to grab this trinket wich stat would you get and why? Im debating over STR or AGI, i know we get threat/BV from STR but then again im not too sure on how much Dodge we get out of AGI, so essentially it could be used as a threat/avoidance trink.

Any help/info would be nice

73 BV from the 90str. That's nothing to sneeze at. The proc yeilds 244 BV.

The dodge is also subject to diminishing returns.
