Reducing damage from armor and talents

I am new to tanking and was wondering if someone had a good understanding of sertain talents and how they affected my DR. My armor right now is just under 25k which gives me a DRD% of 61 with imp devo aura and I was wondering if i can take my DR from armor rightoues fury shield of the templar and blessing of sanctuary to get my DR % of 74%

nope, they're multiplicative. So against melee damage, you're taking

.39 * .94*.97 = 35.6% of the original damage, or a 64.4% DR
