Nah, this isn't a nerf. They're gonna add in block scaling to the point that it's about the same. I base this on nothing.

They raise peoples hopes. Then they realize scaling %s add up real fast.

This is sadly why "This ability causes a high amount of threat" is a good thing :<

Instead of "high threat" just give us some base damage... 797 base damage at lvl 80 would make me happy.

Blizzard is quite out of touch with our needs.

I dont think so. TBH i would rather it be scaled down in beta rather then nerfed in live content.

Its beta, things will change often (still would have been nice though )

ShoR nerfed to 100% (the tooltip hasn't changed yet)

Bear AP talent nerfed from 60% to 6%

Devastate nerfed from 80% to 50%

DKs are already doing shitty damage

Looks like they're using the "baked in salv" to completely backpedal and destroy the whole "tanks do more damage" thing

They might be trying to low ball before they do the performance pass on the classes.

Protector of the Pack now increases your attack power in Bear and Dire Bear form by 2/4/6%. (Old - increased the bonus attack power by 20/40/60%)

I thought that was the Bonus AP from bear form and
the 6% overall AP

slightly better scaling. slightly worse...uh, base numbers?

Hm, you might be right. I thought that talent was providing a significant boost in AP scaling for druids that amounted to their damage buff for WotLK, but I guess they never got one at all?
