Means the Paladin "weakness" is still there, and we retain our flavour, yet we don't have the issue of the silly taunt (or is 4HM 30s ish? anyway a longer time than a willy nilly taunt fest).

Leave RD on an 8s cooldown, put the STT ona 45s cooldown (or something) so that we have our flavour taunt as the main one, and the STT as the backup for situations like 4HM, Gothik, etc.
Means the Paladin "weakness" is still there, and we retain our flavour, yet we don't have the issue of the silly taunt (or is 4HM 30s ish? anyway a longer time than a willy nilly taunt fest).
