Could someone transport this to the suggestions forum?

So overgearing content is a problem currently.... everybody kind of knows it. I would like to see something rolled into a talent which gives some rage/mana when an attack is fully blocked (no damage taken). Say, Imp RF for pallys causes a full block to give 1/2/3% mana, and toughness for warriors gives 1/2/3/4/5 rage on a full block. If you're not doing content you outgear, you shouldn't be getting full blocks (at least, not many...), and if you are, you can just throw on a piece or two of shield block rating gear and get those full blocks going.

I really like that idea It could even be rolled into the base holy shield and shield block if needed.

well shield block has a 1 or 2 minute cooldown i think, but yes, a good idea

Don't warriors already get rage on a block?


But as long as our primary source of mana is dependant on how much damage we take (which is fairly unintuitive, similar to reckoning and redoubt) we'll still have problems in smaller group content (5 and 10 man content).
