HotR

Sorry if there are other topics on the subject but i am curious on the new changes to HotR. In the previous patch it was normalised to 2.5 speed yet in this newest patch it says it now does 3 times the damage. Does this mean it is now normalised at 2.5 then does 3 times the damage or does it only do 3 times the weapon damage without normalising.

It does 3 times your weapon's dps, has nothing to do with weapon damage rages anymore. Weapon dps= avg. weapon damage/weaponspeed

The way I interpret it it means that it basicly will hit like a 3.0 speed 1hander would do with it if it weren't normalised (I assume its taking char screen dps, else it's really gonna suck), which is a buff since weapon speed won't matter at all anymore (it only mattered a little before).
