Minor Glyphs

I was looking at paladin minor glyphs (i hadnt heard about them until tonight only major)

The paladin ones are HORRIBLE.
At least other classes have something fun or something interesting to use, ours are well, terrible, except for the sense undead one.

Im extremely disapointed in them giving us 20 mins extra on buffs, when we can just cast a greater blessing....

Well, but those blessings ones are available at a really low level where leveling paladins only have the regular blessings, so having +20 minutes on blessings is a nice little buff.

Still, i agree they could be a lot better, maybe we'll get a few new glyphs on this patch.

Exactly what classes are you looking at that apparently have better Minor Glyphs??

There's exactly three I'd use on all my 70s, Priest, Pally, Hunter, and Warrior. And that's counting things like Levitate glyph ....

There aren't all that many cosmetic glyphs for anyone right now. Blasted Mages with their Penguin are one of the few. I expect they'll add more of those over time.

One thing I find odd is that they said that the minor glyphs should be mostly cosmetical.

But:
Glyph of Lay on Hands (Req. lvl. 15) - Increases the mana restored by your Lay on Hands spell by 20%.
Glyph of Sense Undead (Req. lvl. 20) - Damage against Undead increased by 1% while your Sense Undead ability is active.
Glyph of the Wise (Req. lvl. 15) - Reduces the mana cost of your Seal of Wisdom spell by 50%.

Are real increases in power. Not very big ones but if you end up having to choose between having all your holy spells display as pink instead of gold(please please give us this glyph) or dealing 1% more damage against undead, the high end raider is kinda forced to pick the 1% more damage.

Have to agree, the paladin glyphs are not as well thought out as the warrior ones...

Both minor and major are pretty bad.

The wisdom one isn't bad either since the only real times to use seal of wisdom is when you start running out of mana, and in those cases you dont have much to spare to begin with
