What cooldowns can other classes/specs provide?

A priest in my raid group told me to call out when I want a cooldown but I don't know other classes well enough to even know what they can provide for me in terms of cooldowns (other than Vigilance from Warriors and Hand of Sacrifice from other Paladins). Is there a list anywhere or can someone put up a list here that lists what cooldowns other classes can give to tanks?

On top of my head, priests can provide Barrier/Pain Suppression (damage reduction) if disc, Guardian Spirit (like ardent defender) if holy, Monks have Life Cocoon (a massive shield), Druids have a targettable Barkskin (20% damage red) and all healers in general have access to big istant heals.

I use Hermes to track this in game.

+ Vigilance from Prot Warriors
+ Hand of Sac (usually castable twice from Ret/Holy) from other Paladins

Tecnically any Warrior can spec into Safeguard for another 30% damage reduction, that is assuming the warrior can survive taking a melee to the face.

Also, there's a large list of extra CDs provided by DPS and healers, but those are raidwide and generally used for the whole raid rather than just for the tank.

Important to note which is often missed (even by Priests suggesting GS as cooldown) is the damage absorption of Guardian Spirit is capped (it used to be 100% of target hp, unsure if it's different now although Wowhead suggests capped at 900K damage), unlike Ardent Defender. As such, you can't rely on it to take a huge burst of damage (like later stacks of Gruul Slice).
