darkmoon card:vengeance q?

Sorry if this has already been stated before but does anyone know if the holy damage is affected by RF? and the talent too?
Anyone tried checking threat meters for it? Or has it been confirmed by blizzard?

and slightly increased through spell damage (although its low).

Fun to see it crit for over 300 when wings are up

Avenging Wrath: YES

Additionally, it procs off of "attempted" attacks, not merely HITS.
It can proc off of a dodge, a miss, a parry.

For that reason, it scales with gear.

Watching my combat logs seems to indicate my DMC:Vengeance is 3% of my overall damage. That is not an insignificant increase.

I think the average percentage runs at 2.7 - 2.8 for an instance run. A little higher in an instance with a lot of AoE pulls, a little lower in heroics when i use a bit of CC.
