I feel like I could be pushing more DPS, but I'm missing where I could squeeze this out of. I could run Light's Hammer, but I'm not sure if I should over Holy Prism. Thoughts or suggestions on increasing my DPS on that fight?

It looks like you are running Wind Lord with 2 tanks. If you were to solotank it you'd do a lot more dps due vengeance being at ~250-300k+ throughout the fight. Though solotanking might get a tad tricky since the nerf to HotR nova proportion not proccing Seal of Insight anymore, atleast it did for me. Before the nerf I was pretty much topping myself with every HotR cast, but can't really do that anymore ever since the nerf. Light's Hammer should be the best option for dps on Wind Lord since it will hit all of the mobs in range, whereas Holy Prism has a target cap.

That's the damage done of my Light's Hammer on our last reset's kill, it's around 8 mil more damage done if I am not mistaken, when compared to your Holy Prism damage done.

Gear looks fine, you probably could get away with changing stamina gems / enchants to haste and even dropping your stamina trinket for a rating/proc trinket or even a fullout dps trinket for Wind Lord further increasing your deeps.

I technically solo tank. The Prot Warrior tanks one of the Blademasters to offset their health so they end up slightly higher than the Menders. After that, I solo tank the rest of the fight.

It depends on how much you want to DPS and how much you want to tank.

First is the blatant, str flask/food/pre-pot and fight pot during a 600% phase. I would also take Final Wrath glyph instead of Battle Healer, seeing as how it was 68% overhealing I don't think your healers would really miss you using it and would help them rank by not using it.

Then comes the tricky parts, depending on how good your healers are you can get away with different levels of bad tanking for good DPS, such as changing out your Shadow Pan trink for a DPS one, even a blue Str/haste one would be better. Lose your stam gems for haste and if you really want to pump some numbers, drop 7.5% of your exp for more haste/crit. Most of your damage on the fight comes from conc so you'll gain a lot more DPS from haste then you will hard exp cap. Lights Hammer is AWESOME, I raid 10 man so maybe it's differet for me but the few times I used HP it was trash, LH is awesome for AoE though. You might want to toy around with ExS though. For 10 man the top ranks use that on the boss in the burn phase and push more numbers then LH hitting adds, not sure if it would work for 25m DPS though. Keep in mind that the more of these you do, the harder you become to heal.

Seal twisting is also a good pick, use SoR for add phases and SoT for burn phase, this will prolly be the biggest hit to your Survivability.

Going though your logs quickly, one major thing I see is your Conc uptime seems to be fairly low. 1626 ticks of it in a 7 min 14 second fight. The number one rank on WoL for 25m heroic has the pally doing 2008 ticks in only a 6 min fight. 400 more ticks of your #1 damage spell in a fight that lasted a full 74 seconds less, way to many ticks for it to be haste levels, my bet would be up time.
