What are our haste caps?

For some reason I can't find that info anywhere.

I noticed I reached the GCD around 15k-ish, but I see people still stacking haste, probably because CS and J still get reduced.

Has anyone a rough compilation of our caps and their effect on our rotations?

21,250 is our melee haste soft cap (1 sec GCD), don't forget any spells you cast will be getting affected by SoI's 10% _spell_ haste.

*facepalm* obviously.
