t4 or t5 for single target threat?

Which 2 set bonus is better for single target threat? T4 or T5? I always use ret aura while tanking. The bonus dmg to SoR from T4 is nice, but you're generating more threat each time you get hit with T5 bonus

T4 wins for single target. It' also a percentage so if you wear threat gear it only gets better.
