Server Population Screwed

Heya folks, Skullknight here asking for a bit of insight and perhaps advice. The server i play on is composed mainly of huntards and warlocks. The need for healers and tanks is in great need which unfortunately for me doesnt offer me much on the heroic aspect of the game. This has forced me into a corner, and i blew about 2 weeks in order to get me a set of healing gear. Can anyone help me with this perdicament. Kara is the only thing i am ever able to do, due to the fact that most of the guilds on my server hold all the tanks/healers. And not a single guild on my server on horde has downed any of the final bosses in SSC/TK/BT or SP. It makes me want to drop everything and transfer, but i would leave my friends behind. I try reaching out to them and tell them this server is scewed beyond our control.

It's a common wow-problem.

There are not enough tanks and healers to go heroics and normal ini's and there are most of the time too many tanks and healers to find a fixed raidspot. In my raid we are about 4 warriortanks and 2 pallytanks -> quite hard to find a good rotation which makes everyone happy for the view of items and dkp and raidfun, but when you search a tank or heal for heroic (which includes kara/za) you have to search quite hard for a long time (if you don't have something like a fun-group you go quite often with.

Just search yourself an good healer with crap equip who needs badges, i'm sure he is happy if you do the dailyheroic and kara with him every day XD -> that for example i made my gold (badges -> epic gems -> gold -> flasks and stuff), it's more fun than flying around and farm some shit and besides, you get to know lots of randoms where 1 of 10-20 is a skilled player you can add to your friendslist (ok, on the realm i'm playing you will probably find 1 under 100 players who is skilled and knows what he is doing)

I play on Shandris. The servered opened with TBC and its just a mess. And the thing is alot of people just wanna dps, Spriests, Enh Shamans, Feral/Balance Druid. And dont mention kara with my guild, its a Taboo. Im just gonna try to rally a bunch of people on the server together, tell them what needs to be done, make a guild and get the message out to the server.
