Respec for Libram of Obstruction?

I've been scouting the forums for a while now, but I can't sit still anymore watching and reading every single "theorycrafters" swearing only by 1/2 imp judgements over 2/2 for the sole purpose of 6969...

Let's all come together and recall what's a Tank... mitigating damage, staying alive, not dying....

What do you guys do when you're 200k threat ahead and your minimal rotation still tops or tails the max tps of your best dpsers... keep at 6969? For what purpose?

Libram of Obstructions is the best trinket in the game, and probably will stay the best forever.... unless some surprisingly clever one appears or a new buffed one makes its entry.
[5 seconds / 9 seconds] vs [5 seconds / 8 seconds]. It's a no brainer to me and I don't need to see my cooldowns pop to press on my skills to keep a good threat rotation.. i.e 6969.

If you're not racing threat every single boss fights... do yourselves a favor and spec 2/2 judgments, 4/5 SotP and keep that shit rolling when you're far ahead on threat... mitigate more damage... become a better tank.

Im looking forward to that actually. Right now my job consists of picking up epix after pressing some buttons in sequence. Its still fun, but not as challenging as late tbc where threat was a constant concern.
Now only boredom is a concern, that and the f*ing knockbacks.
