ive been doing a bit of reading on seal of vengance and its all fine and dandy constant threat then great burst per application of it on the boss / mob. but what i am trying to figure out is if there is a rotation of seal right / veng. then judging and what not to improve my tps..... my gear isnt bad. i have roughly 400 spell damage. and alot of the pally tanks i talk to have roughly the same amount of spell damage. i am just not seeing what i am doing wrong.
my cousin said my problem is i am tanking bosses that are subpar to my gear level and i'm going through mana problems seing as they dont hit me hard enough to constantly be dumping threat. i'm really not sure thats the case. i'm just asking for a bit of advice to possibly tweek what i have / what i am using. ill attach an armory profile at the bottom of my post. ( thunderfury isnt my tanking weapon i just had it on for show) i have hammer of concecration w/ a shadowsong spell damage / stam gem in it + 40 spell damage to weapon.
i'd appreciate any help / tips / tricks i can get from you guys. i normally only come here when i have problems / concerns / reading up about stuff in expac. this is one of the coolest places in the net for wownutz.

:edit: so i realize there is another post about TPS i didnt bother searching before posting and i am sorry. i read in that post that OMEN is buggy when it comes to measuring tps since ours is so spikey. they suggested the mod "SustainedTPS" which i will download / test out. but other then that if anyone has any other pointers that could help me i'd appreciate it.
