fast macro question

could anybody give me the macro command to cast a spell on yourself with one click? as in cast cleanse/lay on hands on yourself, i'm sure this is simple but i barely know anything with macros. going to try and set my whole number pad to cast lay on hands onto myself so if trouble comes i'll just mash the key pad to live a few moments longer.

/cast [target=player] spell

for giggles, here's my mouseover cleanse

what happens if there is a player called player in the raid?

I guess you're fucked. Never tried that.

Or on a better thought, it probably goes through a cycle of reserved namespaces, then try the string as a player name.
