With the talks of deflect possibly/most likely being ranged spells equivalent of parry, does anyone know if you can get Deflects when behind a target? What was interesting me (and the point of this post) was if they are the equivalent of parry, do they also grant hasted attacks to the target in the same way that parry does?

Differing amounts of PHA in TBC were looked at in [Theory] Parry and Warrior vs. Paladin damage intake. I'm not too sure how many models are including PHA due to its nature.
