Shield of Righteousness now causes Holy damage equal to 100% of your block value (down from 130%) and now causes High threat.

High threat I believe usually implies a 150% threat modifier instead of just 100% threat if I recall correctly. Sounds like this will mean the "nerf" will probably just be a dps loss, not a tps loss.
